2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer from us and every agreement between you and us made through backignition.com. You can read, save and print them before you order; the checkout links to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights Dutch law gives you.

3. Products, prices and stock

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real thing; that is not a defect. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay. Signed and limited edition items are available while stock lasts. If an item turns out to be sold out after you ordered, we tell you right away and refund you in full.

4. Your order

The agreement is made once your payment has gone through. You then receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email. Payment is handled by Stripe; you can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, card and the other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping

We ship within the Netherlands only. Shipping costs are €8,50 per order. We ship as soon as possible and deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot make that, we let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge; we then refund you within 14 days. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you named, received the product. For an order delivered in several parts, they start when the last part arrives.

To cancel, tell us within those 14 days by email or through the contact form. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Then send the product back within 14 days after telling us, to the return address we send you by email.

During those 14 days, handle the product with care. Unpack it and look at it only as far as you would in a shop. If it is worth less because you handled it more than that, we may deduct that from the refund.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days after you told us you are cancelling, using the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown it is on its way. You pay the direct costs of sending the product back.

Exception: sealed audio recordings, such as a CD in shrink wrap, cannot be returned once you have broken the seal.

7. Faulty or wrong items

Every product must be what was agreed and work as you may expect. If it does not, you have the rights the law gives you: repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation. Let us know within two months after you found the problem, preferably with a photo, and we will sort it out. In that case we pay the return costs.

8. Complaints

Not happy with something? Email us with a clear description. We confirm receipt within three working days and give you a full answer within 14 days. If we cannot work it out together, you can take the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Copyright

All music, artwork, photos and other material from Back Ignition are the property of Door Punch Records and may not be used without permission.

10. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and every agreement with us.
