Privacy policy
What we collect when you order or send a message, why, and what you can do about it. Version of 4 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Door Punch Records, Logterbos, Gennep, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 42082154, is responsible for your personal data on backignition.com. Questions about your data: info@leonpromotions.nl.
When you place an order
We collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and what you ordered. We need these to deliver your order, send you the confirmation and invoice, and contact you if something goes wrong with the delivery. Legal basis: performing the agreement with you. We keep order and invoice data for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that.
Payment runs through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details itself; we never see your card or bank details.
When you use the contact form
We collect your name, email address, the subject and your message, so we can answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you, or taking steps at your request before an agreement. We delete messages within a year after the conversation has ended, unless they belong to an order.
Who else processes your data
We only use services we need to run the shop and the site, and only share what they need:
Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (sending order emails and contact messages), Vercel (hosting the website, which processes technical data such as your IP address), and Google Fonts (the fonts on this site, loaded from Google's servers, which also sees your IP address). Some of these companies are based in the United States. They transfer data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. That data never leaves your device until you check out.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive it in a portable format, to restrict its use, or object to it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Access to order and contact data is limited to the people who handle orders and messages.
